@Imani Porter-Clinton Hello Imani, I'm a beginning investor out here in Charlotte as well I live here though. from my experience so far there's opportunities in Charlotte but you have to really generate good leads. that's probably the main thing I struggle with right now.

I checked out batch leads but it seems like that’s more for skip tracing then lead generation am I right?
