Gino Wickman is the man.Looks like a pretty good start so far.Something I did initially was leave out amounts when setting out 1 and 3-year plans.I'd recommend getting a bit more specific.For example, the 3-year plan includes a goal of $1M revenue.

You definitely have to break out of the STR mindset here; if you were to post your property on Zillow or anywhere for a MTR or seasonal rental, the address would be public and a walk-through would be expected as well.
