You could easily make a website and use storage software from Easy Storage for an affordable price and be a step ahead existing owners.Is there room to expand?

I want to expand to Cleveland in 2021 and would appreciate hearing about your leanings after a year. 

Do you have plans to expand out to having multiple properties ?

Some that only have a few properties and are not looking to expand may opt to use a Traditional LLC with Anonymity vs a Series LLC.

It's probably going to be the least expensive overall (in big scheme of things) and allow you to expand how you're looking, at least that's what it sounds like. 

@Mike McNeil-Leier We're a rental property business & we tried to expand from our current market into the greater mwk area, the numbers didn't pencil out as well as our favorite market so we stopped our efforts to acquire property there.
