@Errol GrahamFor single family rentals we typically do not put into a LLC.

But I own many single family house in Convington, Riverdale, and Palmetto, GA.

I invest in single families all the way to apartments and office buildings

I do think that family size maybe should be a concern/rent factor  when renting a place that's on septic.
