Tom Krol as a wholesaling coach

I understand too that the gurus, their followers and coaches may not want their students to obtain a good BS Meter, especially if they are dishing out BS.Now, Michael has spoken highly of you, I've known Michael about 6 years on BP and I've not seen him approach anything unethically, crazy maybe being in the Republic of Cali, but not scamming anyone, so that's a big plus.A good coach has to be inspiring, a good friend of mine, General Allodial is an inspirational leader, but as instructors we have a fiduciary duty to teach what is lawful, completely lawful and ethical dealing in real estate.

Some bulk mail users dont want to spend the time peeling stamps so they pay a little more and use metered or print on stamps...I always use the peel and stick...Only set back is the 500 roll you have to tear each stamp and lick them your elf...All the other rolls 3000, or 10,000 you can just peel off...I buy the roll of 10,000 usually.

That, and change the locks, would do it.To do it "right" (or at least not be forced into paying the 2fl tenant's utilities), I may need another meter or two, another electrical panel, and possibly a boiler - I don't recall the current utility configuration.

Duplex Question

Another way to look at it is to figure the cost to add a second water heater and furnace and a second meter, and subtract that price from what you would offer if the work was already complete.Hope that helps!

this would be an opportunity to convert these units to add meters on the 4 units which would cost me upfront but long run it will be saving by assign the electricity back to the tenants to be held responsible to pay the electricity.

Next problem, you trying to coax them with promises of all the work you will bringing, yet your only asking for 1 single property to be built, immediately the BS meter hits the ceiling for them and you just put yourself in the dog house, seriously.
