They exist here but they are not as plenty for a single family homes.

The weightings and note rates will matter a lot here.

If you are in a good area within 15 minutes of the hospitals then I think the market is good here.

But to play devil's advocate here, if Florida is correcting, wouldn't that make it a prudent time to buy, assuming you can hold on for a while and have cash reserves?
