The first time I put up a mirror I cut a couple blocks to put under the mirror, got the "mirror glue" from Home Depot and waited about 3 hrs for it to dry.

Since all of our LLC's are disposable, and are usually no older than 6 months old before they take action (close on a deal), and the only reason for the LLC being in place is to make offers, checking to see if there is anything in play isn't much of an issue...not much to check.How do I check that you didn't take out a credit card or a Home Depot card in the LLC's name the day you registered it?

Home Depot just gave me an offer of getting a 24 months 0% APR on the Home Depot Credit Card, on which I Was thinking of putting the fixup costs (20k) on that card. 

To my surprise at the end of checkout they gave me a option for coupons... hmmm Home Depot & Lowes you say....

As for the lockout yes charge them the $25 and suggest they go to home depot or lowes to purchase a lockbox. 

I grab 4 garden hoses and hook them together.

I also understand its a 5 minute job but we have to consider road time and overhead as we have to pay techs to drive to the property and to the warehouse/home depot for parts if needed this must be considered.

Considering that a new bathtub at Home Depot is anywhere from $200 - $800, I'm not sure reglazing makes sense.
