You need to talk to a lawyer contracts are not something you want to mess up. 

Yup and if you want to know what your worse day is.. just be a syndicator whose deal did not quite work.. and the lawsuits that follow.. bloody awful this is not a beginners go to boot camp deal.. these are unregistered securities and .. there is just so much more to it.those that are vertically integrated and have deep backgrounds in financial management  CPA Lawyer very experienced real estate operators I get that..

I still think it would be pretty distasteful to pretend one position and then take another, but the seller certainly has the ability to read (and have his/her lawyer read) the contract before signing. 

I didn't see lawyers mentioned as a protected class.Probably a very poor idea to say that's why I will not rent to you, though.

I am in need of an eviction lawyer who can file for breach of contract to begin the eviction process. 

I had my lawyer write up a lease, signed with security deposit and three months payment etc. it was treated as a short term lease agreement. 

She initially agreed, but came back to tell me her lawyer and section 8 says she is entitled to use the whole house, including basement.I'm trying understand what a landlord is entitled in restriction of certain part of house

I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice.I don't think you can have their cars towed or change the locks on them, while they appear to be living there and their stuff is still there.
