You'd just need to check with the lenders what they allow up to.Having experience (completed rehabs in the last 3-years tends to be what most lenders look to qualify as experience) will help you reduced your down payment all the way down to 0% in some cases for extremely experienced investors.

Last I checked, our unemployment has been ridiculously low and anybody that wanted a job could get one.

If it is mortgage to the max, chances are you've pulled that money out to make it work elsewhere. 

I would have really liked to invest where i live, but Minnesota really does not have the price point for neighborhoods that will help scale Brrr.As I am just starting out i would like to start in zipcodes which are not already exhausted with Brrr investors. 

I’m good with having four separate bank accounts and separate filing but wanted to get feedback and thoughts on this entity structure. 

Does anyone know of a reliable site or resource to check zoning laws for Airbnbs or STRs in general?
