#16 rental was purchased today

(crossed fingers)rent is $1100 and we had a TON of people wanting to see it. most from the MLS. we even had a ghost ad, which is always disappointing.our requirements are VERY stringent, so we had just 2 apps, one of which was complete.final rehab is low, around 7.5k, but more than i thought i'd spend. we had to do a kitchen and i didn't touch the house, which always causes a higher budget.so, purchase for 60, put 7.5k in it, rents for $1,100 for 2 yrs.

Conventional Loan - Apply to 2 Banks?
5 February 2015 | 15 replies
If you get rejected or if the LO tells you what the barrier to approval is, have that discussion with the next guy to see how they might/can handle it.Also - the CHASE LO said if we apply for 2 loans, once the bank pulls the title they will see that there is more than one loan app and may drop out or say we need to make a decision right away - as the bank does not want to waste their time - understandable - any insight into this?

I don't like using a phone app or anything like that I prefer to physically jot them down on paper that I can refer to throughout the day and cross them out as I complete them.
