They seem to be asking $1,000+ to BUY IN Has ANYONE tried using it to see if it has produced results for them in the following areas:1) Ease of use & interface- reasonable learning curve2) Accuracy of the Data (Property owners Phone #s, Email addresses, Social Media contact info, etc.)3) Any hidden ongoing costs?

The same could be said of any social media connections like Facebook.I recommend setting up a Google voice account that is for tenant use only.

The average must be skewed by a small number of the ultra-wealthy.I'd much rather talk about money than typical social media nonsense.

People don’t often weight the price of what your giving them in their head properly, that’s just social science.

Put something out on facebook, linkedin, or any other social media that you have.

They have families, support structures, jobs, social lives, etc.

I’m a full time employee wit two small kids, so when’s I’m going to socialize Id like to enjoy it as well.

If you know of any investor get togethers, or even a just a social occasion down at the local wine bar, I’d be happy to attend and meet some of this city’s fine people.
