For us the condo pretty much broke even on a cash flow basis for the 16 years that we held it and sometimes it lost a little bit.

but space saving of no furnace .. plus tankless water heater.. makes for some pretty nifty space savings they are a little intrusive on the walls but they are also 50% more efficient so owners will save bunch  over the life of owing these Green homes and for tenants you would probably keep tenants in areas were UTLS are expensive compared to other more moderate climates.Only issue i would see for the average tennant is each room has its own controller that is like a TV remote.. i could see those go missing and or broke.. ?

I believe it's another word for 'unemployed')-Sob stories of any kind, especially when they talk about being broke-Not having the security deposit and first month's rent at the time of lease signing-If they ask if they can sublease the apartment -For my larger apartments, if they state they're going to search for roommates to fill any other rooms and they don't even know these 'potential roommates'-If they ask for a lower monthly rent price-If they're  disrespectful during the viewing.
