I attempted to get insurance from a local insurance agent.

Impressive Account Closed - Makes me want to attempt a flip even more versus just doing buy & hold rentals.

Second attempt for practice with @ symbol:  @Cindy Murdoch, being new to the site, thanks for alerting me to placing the @ sign in front of someone's name who replied to a post.

Curious if others have attempted this with any success, as it seems a plausible way to go about getting a deal on a second home or investment. 

Seems like someone was going to attempt to fix them both up and then didn't put the time or money into it, for whatever reason. 

So far my attempts with the MLS and the like have been futile so I am open to suggestions as well.

Further, IMO, this is a big blow to those attempting to deal in NPN's due to the regulatory issues of loan modifications and license requirements for lenders, a loan modification is a new mortgage and then subject to current regulation.   

On the more human side- we love to fish, grill out with our family on our lake, and go to the beach in an attempt to turn off our brains!
