I have watched some videos and I'm hearing 50 percent, some say 65 percent, and even 70.

As with any profession there are bad apples but that doesnt justify blacklisting all wholesalers.

I chose whole sailing, however I have no clue on how to do price comparisons :( I watch YouTube videos, but no one gives examples on how to calculate a proper comp price or give example case studies.

this idea that hey just get someone for 10 bucks an hour.. while it might work if your the one who owns the property.. and you drive over to home depot and grab one of the day workers standing in the parking lot.. drive them to the job.. buy them a coke or water.. watch them do the work then drive them back..

Meanwhile I'm watching people on YouTube buy $40K houses, charge $1200 rent, and cashflow $900 per unit in C-class neighborhoods!
