Assuming all the hoses and drain pipes are hooked up properly, there are two likely problem areas.1) On front load washers there is a wide rubber area in front of the drum. 

Maybe start with photo 2 (wide bedroom shot) as primary.

I "know" a few people on BP that have been sued but you're talking about a pretty wide net.

Tiny Home are really a step down from "Park Model" single wide homes which is a step down from single wides in themselves.

I have seriously looked at moving my permanent residence to the water around Chattanooga so I have evaluated it from every angle I can think of.  

Due to the vagaries of rental house investing, you will seldom see the exact same revenue in two consecutive years and, in fact, may experience wide variations as capital expenditures come into play.
