I spent 5 years in the wholesale game and now just represent my clients.

In a new wholesaler/flipper in the Phoenix area.

I am an up coming wholesaler, and so far had an easy time finding the deals.

Then they (this was the first time I'd heard of this) suggested their 'Kick Start Program' which would help me learn to do some wholesale deals in order to get the capital to invest in their program and grow my business.

Since I have seen a bunch of signs around The area I live in, (Birmingham), to me it just seems to easy to buy one of the very cheap houses I´ve been offered by other wholesalers(obviously in very bad conditions, but cheap) or the cheap ones I´ve seen on the MLS, and then call those phone numbers and offer the house to them a little bit higher, but I do not know if there is a catch or what??

I would like to know what the wholesalers market looks like in Southeast Michigan?

I'm a wholesaler so getting that number lowered will be great because it helps everyone involved.

I'm thinking about going the wholesale route but rather than assigning the contract, actually keeping the property and rehabbing it. 

I'm a wholesaler with currently a few properties under contract.  

I work with investors who wholesale and flip and first time buyers and sellers.
