@Charles E NielsenI think with virtual access to almost anything today and being able to meet with anyone online via zoom, I don't think location is an issue in today's day and age.What you need to do is a self assessment in regards to how much money do you have at your disposal, what your credit score is and what you income from W-2 job comes from.

I am in a scenario where my 2019 returns have been e-filed and processed by irs. 

Based on the pricing, I think contractor E is labor only and the other 2 are labor and materials.  

I recommend you look up a Schedule E on the IRS website to get an understanding of what's deductible and what's not. 

He might charge for his e-book, but all the info is on his website and Facebook page.My GF just got her license to partner with me and is geo-prospecting right now. 

As of tomorrow will be exactly two months since I began working with them and now my loan officer has not returned e-mails (I messaged him Friday and now today to ask for an update - nothing).
