I seriously could care less about your grammar or spelling, and I don't consider forum notes to be any more important than quick emails, but I do suggest that you look up the grammar rules before you go around "sic"-ing other people's grammar usage, just to verify that you are correct when you call other's grammar an error.

You get paid when the deal funds.Since you are fairly new and considering wanting to buy out of state it will be hard for you to verify all the info on the home unless you have someone in that market who works for you and helps you with the due diligence, sorta like having a bird dog in another city.

Not bad deal for a quality scout, I agree.I had in excess of 700 scouts and their #1 complaint was no structure for their fee andtheir sole marketing is craigslist and loopnet.If you are considering, I would ask for dates, addresses on actual deals they close on and verify through public records.
