Are their listings detailed with good quality photos?

The baseline formula that makes sense to me: 1) requiring a set of photos pre-purchase. 2) working with a provider that has great reviews that will connect you with current and past clients. 3) new photos taken inspections so that you can rest assured that the first set of photos don't differ too much because they were outdated etc... 

I guess it would be better to just pay extra to have new pictures taken, or at least for the ones for the out side.The cost to reshoot photos is tiny compared to the loss in sales price for using what you have, definitely make that happen.

Now that I'm a little over 3 weeks into the rehab and renovation of this deal, I thought I would share some photos and give you an update on the exit strategy.

Consult a licensed engineer before doing any of the aboveAdditionally, was there in water coming from the plumbing shown in the photos that caused any of the damage?

.* For a great presentation, create a PDF with property details, photos, comps used to support your ARV, description of what needs to be done on rehab/repairs, numbers breakdown showing how you arrived at the profit number for the investor, etc.

I think quality photos and a good description helps.

A couple notes based on the photos...The bath doesn’t seem to have a shower in it and the basement looks like it would have to have pretty low ceilings in order to be finished.

I must have scared everyone away with the Photos!!!
