I wouldn't recommend using the peel & stick stuff unless it was just a powder room (vanity & toilet only).

I got a Kohler one piece toilet low profile, a $700/800 toilet, brand new, for like $40.00!

It's only a year ago, it should be easy to find that paper!

That irks some of the would be investors here, because they are looking for nothing down or 5-10% down while their credit is in the toilet - because they do NOT understand risk.

Pulled a permit and had the inspector come out, he was in the house for no more than 5 seconds and walked out saying he can't inspect it.I called the building department office and came to the conclusion that I can't do any plumbing work on the house unless I live in it, and by law I can't live in a house that doesn't have a working toilet.

So if I don't expect much paperwork for a company (like ZEP paper products) then I just throw them into the miscellaneous folder (for ZEP I would file into XYZ - misc.)- Finally, within each folder I organize chronologically with the newest ones in front.The reason I do it the way I describe above is because I'm usually looking for something for a specific company and I have some clue about when it happened.
