I know they provide the link, but for actual integration into iframe, not sure what is involved.There is lot of fees involved as there is third party provider,if anyone could bring more insight into the whole MLS IDX on personal website, I would appreciate it.thank you, sincerely, TOMAS

This likely will vary a lot, depending on your region and the price.In California:Typically the Seller pays for Title Insurance and we use an escrow company as the independent third party.Escrow fees can very, but in California it is typically $3 per thousand with a minimum of $500 fee.

You can buy it, but you will need to pay for the contract outside of closing, the lender will not finance the contact, unless the contract holder gets paid as a third party payout.
