What took you there originally, the teaching opportunity?

Motivated, Self Starter new to Real Estate looking for someone to teach me about investing in Real Estate.

The more comfortable you get to feel about real estate, the more you understand it, the more clear you will see what direction is possible for you even advantageous for you or simply what fits with you, your life style and your own personal financial picture. 

I know Malden it's definitely on the low end for luxury style but just right for say Worcester. 2.

Anything else, including styling or color choices, are purely a personal choice/option.I'm getting ready to order some business cards and I'm going very simple. 

My assumption: not likely to see SF style highs, but also not likely to see Detroit style lows.

I have been wanting to get into investing since forever ago but have taken the plunge until this past Saturday when I took my first webinar with Brandon Turner ...Thanks teach.

I enjoy working out and dieting as it tests ones discipline, self control and teaches one to work hard and to be patient in order to see results, which I feel has been a priceless attribute acquired and will transfer over to my real estate endeavours.My Experience With Real Estate (or lack-thereof)I have no real experience thus far except for everything that I've read, heard and watched.

Even though they were a little "fast" for my style of selling, I could still see the fit.7/8/2015 - Meeting with Century 21: Met with the clear market leader Century 21 this day.  

There also might a be a realtor in PacPal who specializes in the short term market. 8k seems a little low for Pac Pal if is large and luxury style.
