The cheaper unit has not had its rent raised in years and I think that is the unit I would target to move into.

@Anthony Butler BP is a great resource but most of the information is American-centric as this is an American site.

I target 1% rent to price ratio but that would differ depending on if it’s a primary, secondary or tertiary market.

Educate yourself - There are a ton of resources here (podcasts, books, forums).

The rest of my resources I would devote to buying another property after your first deal.

There is so much more leverage in pooling other people's resources and expertise.
