What is holding you back?

Not a logical thing.You can't say, You are dealing with this, this, and that, which means your chances are a bit higher being motivated.Not at all.2 people in a bank and a bunch of robbers break in and hold everyone hostage.

I like to hold VIP events for 15-25 people.

Also in our specific situation, the rental housing market just can't support 900 new families all at once, so ALE is competitive in their rental offering to close the case for their clients quickly. 

We’ve done FF, buy and hold, and house hacking (about a deal a year) but want to start hitting quarterly goals so we can retire me from my W2. 

I interested in fix n flips as well as buy & holds.

Interestingly, and providing support for your position, when I come across a deal I really like but doesn’t fit into our criteria for our fund, my partner and I often invest in it as individuals.

Hi @Andrew Singh      If you are using an LLC, I assume you would be using hard money (short-term loans) and/or DSCR loans for long-term holds?
