Just know if you are using a speciality paint store, not Lowes or HD, talk with them about the contractor quality paints and check out the deals on their property management grade of material(especially if you are on a tight budget or expect to repaint frequently).

@Tim Y.All of the homes are rentals, this park is way over priced, also make sure that the right of way getting into the park next to the store is a granted easement or something that you can continue to use because the store is also for sale, the maintenance numbers are way low for the homes that are in this parkGet the true numbers of everything before considering this parkGood luck

Long story short, a jewlery store was in the location before us and the insurance company forced them to remove the tenants, staircase, eletrcial, etc, but it's 2500 sq ft that could probably hold 3 apartments.
