If you’re using a lender they may make this decision for you, so I wouldn’t put to much effort into this before you know what lender you’re using if you’re using a lender.When I bought in Cleveland my replacement value was much higher then market but my lender made me insure to 80 percent of replacement value.

In PRIME location.It’s listed for 195kIt needs• brand new kitchen • 1 master bath, 1 guest• new flooring (everything is carpet)• paint• maybe 4 new doors• maybe exterior paint and definitely landscaping 3 bed 2 bath- brick chimney to the ceiling 😍Comps on the street are up to 275k- 2 streets down comps are 350-1.5milThis would be our second flip- does it sound worth it and what’s the best backup offer since we don’t know what anyone else has offered

The card doesn't offer points or rebates but occasionally they do offer 0% interest for up to 24 months at the local home improvement store which will come in handy on my next house which I just got under contract.
