That seems pretty steep.I wanted to cash out refinance to a lower rate and use the proceeds to buy more rentals rather than using cash on hand, but now I'm thinking I'm better off just waiting to sell in a year, if the economy is in the toilet still, rates will still be low, and this way I'm not paying fees to cash out refinance AND sell a year or two apart.

Example: A Bathroom pull & replace interior remodel where the owner is removing wall plaster down to the stud, removing the tub and replacing it with a shower, replacing the toilet in the same location, and replacing the sink/vanity in the same location.

Unfortunately, I had to take out student loans for college (and degrees that I don't get to use), my credit went from being perfect to being in the toilet due to being so sick for years and years, my income has been random for awhile as I've been working to get healthy and find something I love and works for my body, and any savings I had accumulated has since been long gone trying to stay afloat in the hardest of times.

His monthly rate could be less than the water bill itself.People who just divide by the # of people are bound to have issues in case someones toilet leaks the neighbors hear it and then dont want to pay the water.In the city a per person amount can be 20 to 30 for a place with no leaks so the bill can really cut into cash flow at a large multi family or even a single family.
