Hey everybody, I was just wondering if anybody has made use of the the CARES Act to withdraw money penalty free from their retirement accounts?

I'll have to seek legal advice on that.Comments?

We seek a General Contractor to complete permits and begin demolition in late Oct.

If someone comes along during that time in attempt to get the property back then they will have to pay me back the amount of the deed recording fee, the amount the I paid for taxes, penalties, interest, and costs on the property.

@Isaac Ruiz, there is no singular place to start but I'd say start by understanding who would buy from you, who is your customer and what exactly is it they seek in a property, equally important is to know how to analyze deals, if its not a good deal, you'd be stuck with a property that no-one wants.
