some times beginners like said just look at owner occ rates and think that is normal for any and all lending.so if you have never gotten a HML and you see that advertised your like Yahtzee I just scored :)

I scored a super nice 9-drawer mahogany dresser for $45 (new would probably be ~$2000, used maybe $500); Cherry/mahogany isn't really my thing, but it was a nice finish in great condition so I left as-is.I live near the beach, so it's very easy for me to rent out my rooms.

You also get a PAW score of 1-5 that can help you determine risk and how much to charge for rent or deposit increase.Another option is to talk to their current Landlord and ask if there have been any inspections since the animal has lived there, pet damage, noise complaints, etc.
