In Downtown Newark, there is the Museum of Art, New Jersey Devils Arena, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Audible Headquarters, Rutgers Business School, Seton Hall Law School, New Jersey Performing Arts Center, and throughout the years this location will only continue to improve! 

I wish I studied commercial real estate in school.

My son is living at the property also to attend school.

I told them my negative views about the school district they were going to move to.

It does abutt to the property boundary of a high school which could be hurting the appraisal, but the high school building itself is about 800 ft away.
