Is there a program that scans all listing to find those under market deals instead of manually searching?

@Mark Gilford I am also new to the BP/Houston area (sorry no pic on my profile yet I keep getting an error) and am trying to get a feel for the different markets within Houston.

It was a total gut job, the winning bid was $68k & we had pulled out @ $10k.We also have several 'investors' who scout these properties for themselves & invariably find a way in :) Then ask us for a HML based on pics they have.

congrats, that's serious money/ profit ( in comparison for 200k median properties in Houston)Would like to see a few more pics!

None of the pics say "wow".Also, many tenants in urban areas want to see the outside of the building, so curb appeal is a positive.Also, what is the title of the ad?
