The outside yard was horrendous, and the inside looked old and worn out.

All 4 abandoned buildings have been bought by developer& now I found out their back yard includes all the land up to my building.I lost my access to the back yard.

I've also seen some front of the house in person that looked pretty good, but you go to the back and yard is filled with junk, or back part of the housing is missing or blown up..burned out, things like that.   

This house looks abandoned (broken windows, no cars, unkept yard).

On NYE of this year, he went and crashed his car into a neighbor's yard down the road and got a DUI.

In my experience, for residential, I estimate about 30 yards per 750 square feet of home.

I'll bet it can be salvaged.
