That being said the features I really appreciate are more service oriented than technology oriented (and I have no problem paying for all of these services)...Have an experienced and reliable handyman/paint crew ON STAFF.

I swear to this day there wasn't any mold in that house that I could find (I can't say they're reliable but I did do one of those at-home tests to prove my theory but the buyers weren't having it).

It is virtually impossible to do from overseas although there are some online banks that make the process possible - but if they have no way to confirm your identity (credit check, address confirmation...) federal regulations make it near impossible.

Your first few deals should allow you time to figure out a process that works for yourself and decide if real estate is really something that you want to pursue. 2) Landlording - Jumping straight in to a 10-20 unit property may sound flashy, but if you find out being a landlord isn't for you, you'll either fail to properly screen reliable tenants (because there are just so many and you don't have a good system ), or you'll have to pay a lot of $ out of pocket for a Property Management company to do so.
