They really liked it so they told him that they wanted to do a rent to own with it.We usually don't do the lease options on properties where we have more than 140k into the property because we like to keep the monthly lease amount close to the regular rent rates in the area and when we get above that amount then we have to increase the monthly lease amount to above market rent in order to come the monthly expenses and money service.This property is another one that we have on a half an acre and they really wanted it because of the land and it would be perfect for them.
