Opportunity Zones if they want to invest their capital gains. or 1031 if they have another kind of investment they would want to transfer into. 

My mission and vision is to create a template community that is turn-key for any city/county that needs help in updating zoning/planning regulation (which is the primary barrier of entry for tiny houses).

I've also already done extensive research on the city's zoning laws as well so I feel like I understand for the most part what I am allowed to build.

I would imagine that many red states would be the ones filing the lawsuits.I do agree that the bleed from the states like CA's laws are a danger for many other places. 

Go zone depreciation was taken in 2010: 50% of property value. 

I would love to get into RV hook-ups, but our current zoning doesnt allow for it.  

They may not be the best to help with problems such as Zoning issues, evictions, investment tax issues, self directed IRA, etc.Good luck and stay safe

It really isn't a red flag that they'd like to wrap it up early collect their money and move on.
