Just my two cents, but for safety's sake, I would verify that the notice was genuine first by calling the municipal authority/agency responsible for generating such violations and notices to confirm that the notice was NOT a scam.

Just saw this thread and still reading through Page 1 but will share my thoughts quickly:First and most importantly, I'm genuinely proud of your achievement sir - reaching that milestone takes sacrifice and real world discipline.As a side note, when folks hear I'm a business owner, half say/tell me 'wow you sound very well off' and the other half act/say resentful things because I enjoy a level of success they don't.
