Hi Gregory in the many years that I have been in real estate I have never had a contractor show up on the job with 40 percent of the materials needed to complete the work.

It's getting to be about time to add more urethane.Regarding carpet, I buy the best quality for the money that I can find when I need it and then I glue it down real good so it becomes almost watertight.

I'm also a real estate agent here in Los Angeles area. 

Currently, we have one LLC that is engaged in several real estate aspects: BRRRRs, Flips, rentals, my agent commissions go through it, and contracts for general contracting. 

They ask NOTHING about real estate investing!

If not, your legal rights should include jumping up and down that they left your property before they did real damage.
