After working in his residency for a while my husband discovered that some of the doctors were pushing off retirement later and later due to a lack of financial security.

I didn't, because I have other goals, but that realization pushed me into adding "education" to what I already did as a financial planner.

They are spoiled but can be pushed to doing their work, like all other employees, they can be an arsh or a great worker, but you can always switch by calling them in (thousands of workers), they also have a "suggested" residential/commercial rates, so you know how much is fair pay for them and what they expect (at least in CA).

We are a network of 8-10 people related to real estate investing and we keep pushing each other to next level of business (Everyone is welcome to join).Yesterday I spent 2 hours and made my company profile on all social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google+). 

Keep pushing, marketinf, searching, being creatI've with lease-option, sub2, etc...  

I do care if he is pushing a 70% deal into an 80% deal because he is getting greedy and pushing up price because he thinks he can get away with it.

So year over year the taxes are pushing back up.

When this happens, is it just a wash and I should walk away?

It has only been a thought in the back of my mind for a few years that has been slowly pushed to the forefront.
