99.9999% of all seminar promoters, mentors, gurus, book authors, etc claiming they can make you an overnight success while others do all the work for you.

Seems only realtors can self promote on BP.

However; the city decided several years ago to move away from promoting tourism, and develop an industrial park of several hundred acres.

There are many other groups are for-profit and really only promotion tools for their companies or founders. 

You will find many frauds on BP that promote lies and deception.
