Chicago Suburb in Learning Process REIA?
Jason Cook here,
Newbie in process of education. Takes time between family life and day job to read even the short UBG. I was looking at the Chicago Area REIA. I saw Bylaws and Membership fees. Is this common for a REIA to be run this way. I didn't really see any REIA topics in the forums, or maybe didn't look hard enough, but i'm hoping to get some insight. Is this normal to pay fees and for there to be Bylaws?
