What are some of the ways you guys have secured private money loans, and how has it worked for you?

Is hard money/private money lender a better option to buy or does anyone have any other advice on this?

I would keep saving because you always need capital but we can always think outside the box too (partnerships, Hard Money, Private Money, Owner Carry, etc).

Instead of being focused on the public exchanges as the investing platform, however, they have the paperwork and staff training to document non-traditional asset holdings such as real estate, private placements, mortgages, etc.   

You could partner with someone, use Hard Money or Private Money, or owner financing among other things.

You will need to repair your credit, clear your bankruptcy and start saving every penny you can.......frugal life style going forward as your life situation improves is mandatory.

My brother and I have went through some classes and seminars which unfortunately does not fit my learning style.
