Magnetic stops, properly, and securely mounted, these last a very long time without damaging the door, including the fact they prevent doors from blowing shut when room pressure changes suddenly.I would be very curious to know how 3 sets of hinges need to be changed. not something that typically "wears out".

If you change tenants your rent may drop and major repairs could be significant.All things considered you would be farther ahead and each take a $40,000 - $50,000 loss now than wait for the financial pressures to build slowly.

Thus far how an HVAC system (i.e. my second/third floor is cooler because the vents are wide open in the first floor and the system doesn't have enough pressure to push further up which results in calls to management, follow-up from us, etc.).Vacancy (not yet, but from what I hear from others) - but WHY the vacancy (job loss, moving, etc.)Thanks!!!
