Not to mention, they have several branches and a full service ATM all within a close distance.I certainly understand that some positives exist, my point is that there are so many negatives, and more importantly, it is the principle that they are crooked that should direct all current account holders to switch.If your maid service kept stealing from you, but the convenience that they could get there in 10 minutes notice was present, would you still keep using them?

Especially if you stay to the end of the meet up there is a lot of chance to talk with the investor and get your questions answered with a smaller group than are present earlier in the Meet up when there may be 30 or 40 people there.The Meetups have ranged from flips of SFH, to flip of a SFR that will be sold as a SFR but the buyer will be renting it as a duplex (included tricks of the trade to work around the SFR zoning), to a quad that is a buy n hold where each unit can use some rehab, to a purchase of empty lot and building 3 new SFRs.

This type of situation should be covered in your state landlord tenant codes which you should be learning now before you become a landlord.If possible it may be to your advantage to have the present owner give notice to terminate the tenants allowing you to start fresh after the repairs with new tenants.
