We were told that we should be prepared to disclose and show receipts for remediation and testing if we were to sell or rent property that we knew had mold or we would be open to future lawsuits from buyer or tenants.

I was reading articles/blogs and BiggerPockets was mentioned in one another forum.I'm not sure how to prepare a strategy , one of the approach mentioned in blog was get a real estate agent license !!!
