I drive a lot for work, and over the winter I got tired of listening to the radio so I decided to listen to some podcasts mainly about real estate.  

Tired of working multiple jobs.

This is the toughest part of marketing (and the reason most people quit prematurely) because you are spending money and don't feel like you're getting anything in return.  

We are tired of renting, and tired of making excuses for why we haven't bought our first deal yet.Originally we were going to use my VA loan for a 4-plex, but when we thought long and hard about it we decided it's not realistic for us to move into one unit of a 4-plex right now for various reasons.

I read that veteran investors here are tired of beating dead horses.

This way I don't waste peoples money and I do have a somewhat dragged out process because my time is limited and I don't have time for tire kickers or no shows.

I regularly get calls on my SFHs from apartment dwellers who are tired of sharing walls.
