There are also things like portfolio lenders that I recently found out myself more information on and am discussing with a lender just what they offer.

What I have proposed to sellers in the past that have 1 property owned free and clear in a portfolio is to finance that one, using the proceeds as DPs on all of them.  

Hey all,I'm looking for a portfolio lender in Portland that will allow me to use the equity in my current investment property to purchase additional investments.

I have known for quite awhile that owning real estate would be a great addition to my portfolio. 

He says that now that his portfolio is almost completely diminish and he has plenty of money in the bank now but no income.  

I'm looking to make my first investment, most likely in a multifamily property, and plan to grow my portfolio from there.  

I guess the next question would be how do I go about getting ahold of real estate agents or connect with agents that are looking to become involved with a new, first time investor whom is potentially looking to build his portfolio into something?

My plan in to build a portfolio to have a good passive income in the next 10-12 years.I also read the ebook to get started in property investment and I found it very informative.

I currently own one triplex and want to expand my investment portfolio.
