Just wanted to say hello to everyone. Newbie to biggerpockets. Love the podcasts, the forums, the blogs! I have been a part time real estate investor working on buy and hold in LA area. Started out 5 years ago with a condo, lived there for over a year, moved out and rented it and then bought another.  Repeated the process 4 times and now bought a house to live in.  Here to learn and hopefully expand my portfolio.
