I don't really want to seller finance it, but I figure that opens up my buyer's pool a bit.

I posted about this a few weeks ago but I wanted to come back and see if anyone has made any different adjustments to their investing since the new settlement has taken place (all around the US).

That, in and of itself, makes the loan consumer or personal use of funds, not investment/business or commercial purpose.
