So I asked them to give me one of their websites and I tested it out as a consumer (I hung up with the saleman and told him that I was not going to give him my credit card when I didn't really understand what I was paying for). 

Fairly simple platform and easy to access when you want.

They do not have to hunt you down to give you notice if there is a faulty chain of mortgage ownership.Do you have enough equity or is there a possibility that the senior lien has amassed enough fees, advances and fees to consume the $120k?  

He dropped off the merchandise and a collection box in the break room at various employers before 8 AM and returned around the noon hour and collected the day's revenues and leftover bagels.This business provided him with insight into consumers honesty .... they are surprisingly honest.A gumball machine on eBay can range from $40 to over $100 per machine.

It can be done, but there's a LOT of details to satisfy, and it's not for "consumers" looking to avoid spending ("save" money).

It was a huge time consuming mess.

I am also the co-founder of Seattle Investors Club and we have a really awesome platform for our club members who are wholesalers to get their deals sold easily (if it's a true deal).
