What is a typical fee for pets?

I look for a few basic things which I have found make a unit profitable:- good neighborhood - Close to large employers with well-paying jobs- easy parking- below-market rent- low cost per bedroom- flexible landlord who will allow 2 people per bedroom plus 1-2 more and will allow small pets (ideally).Places that meet these criteria generally cash flow very well.Regarding arrangements with landlords, they love it and bring me their vacant units.

We have the ocean, mountains - you can swim and ski in the same day, all type of food and culture, MTV, Yahoo, Tesla, Space X, Ratheon, Amazon, SnapCat, Yahoo, Google - too many tech companies to list, Silicone Valley, Silicone Beach, two pro football teams, Olympics coming within a decade, hikes and amazing scenery, Hollywood, USC, UCLA, and amazing weather, LA San Diego, Santa Barbara, SF Bay.

If it is reasonably sized, most places will let you use their space since the group will order food and drinks.
